The Shrines Below

You awaken as Mors in the Shrines Below and are guided by a mysterious voice as you face the brutal trials of death. Steal powers from the fallen as you fight your enemies—the balance between life and death rests in your hands.

This game fits the theme of "From the Dead" because you are using the abilities of enemies you have killed previously.

How To Play!

This game uses WASD movement and your left-mouse button to melee attack!

Follow along the dialogue to figure out your next steps! If you are lost on what to do, the general progression of the game is to defeat each trial in order 1 -> 4.  After each trial, make sure you interact with the statue to choose your ability! When you've completed all the trials- return to the central statue to start the boss fight!

Tips From the Devs!

If you die in one of the trials you will have to restart all four so here's some tips to make your life easier! 

• For the first trial
  • Stay moving! You can use your sword to destroy projectiles (but be careful because the cactus's projectile hits back)
• For the second trial
  • Keep your distance and try to herd the enemies- then spam melee
  • When bears are in "beast mode" they hit hard so avoid at all costs
• For the third trial
  • Stay moving again, the wraiths and bats are very fast so get ready to dodge
• For the fourth trial
  • Do NOT let the slimes swarm you- if a big slime spawns target it immediately or you will have problems
• For the boss
  • Good luck...
